PHYLICIA CHONG

PHYLICIA CHONG is a freelance music consultant for Film & TV. After completing a Bachelor of Arts Management at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Phylicia worked in various areas including director representation, music management, film festivals, music press and PR. All of this experience led her to enter the world of music rights, later joining the Film & TV team at Universal Music Publishing London,  working with artists such as Florence + The Machine, Adele, The Irving Berlin Estate, Elton John, The XX, Disclosure, The Cure, The Clash, Buzzcocks, Sigur Rós and more.

Phylicia works with catalogues, directors, producers, trailer houses, advertising agencies, composers and music makers to facilitate the marriage of music and visual media.
